3.2 Aggregated or De-identified Data

We may anonymize, de-identify, or aggregate collected personal information to remove direct user references and use it for analytical research to improve our Offerings. Such data is not subject to this policy.

3.3 Legal Basis for Processing

Our legal grounds for processing personal information per global regulations like GDPR include consent (wherever applicable), contractual necessity to provide purchased Services, compliance with legal mandates, and legitimate business interests for ancillary processing that don't conflict with individual rights or freedoms disproportionately without appropriate safeguards.

4. How We Share Information

4.1 Disclosure to Service Providers

We may disclose collected personal information to vendors, consultants, and other external service providers contractually engaged to support our business operations on a need-to-know basis. These include cloud hosting providers, identity verification partners, payment processors, data analytics services, survey platforms, and other entities.

They are prohibited from using data for any purpose other than providing services to AIIDPRO or other contractual obligations. Service providers maintain appropriate security and confidentiality safeguards to prevent unauthorized use of personal data.

4.2 Disclosure to Third Parties

AIIDPRO does not disclose or sell personal data to external third parties for their own independent usage or commercial benefit unless you explicitly authorize it through opt-in consent or where required by law.

However, we may disclose personal information to address threats to public safety or personal security, protect and defend our rights through legal processes, or assist in corporate mergers & acquisitions or insolvency proceedings through due diligence and integration activities.

4.3 Sale or Sharing of Information

AIIDPRO does not trade, rent, or sell users' personal information to external parties for commercial purposes like targeted advertising without explicit 'opt-in' confirmation where applicable laws mandate taking prior consent.

If you initially consented to your data being shared for such purposes, you retain the right to withdraw the approval anytime by contacting our support team without detriment. Please see the section on User Rights and Choices for more details.

4.4 Online Behavioral Advertising

We or our advertising partners may use tracking technologies like cookies or pixels to display interest-based ads for our Services across websites or analyze traffic visiting our website to improve user experience.

The ad networks we work with allow you to opt out of receiving targeted advertising. Please refer to their sites for more details.

5. Data Retention

5.1 Retention Periods

AIIDPRO retains personal information collected only for the period necessary to serve purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law. We may retain personally identifiable data for as long as you are registered to use our Services.

Beyond that, data may be held for extended durations to comply with statutory requirements, resolve disputes, analyze product improvement, or ensure cybersecurity. Retained data is either archived or access-controlled to minimize exposure.

5.2 Data Deletion or Anonymization

You may submit deletion requests for your personal information unless regulations require continued retention after your account is canceled (e.g., for audit). We may anonymize data to de-identify individual references and analyze usage patterns in aggregate.

We may retain anonymized data without limitation. Upon receiving reasonable verification of your identity, we will ensure data deletion requests are completed within 30 days, barring exceptions defined in law. Deleted data may remain in archived back-ups for some duration.

5.3 Compliance Reviews

We conduct periodic reviews to ensure the defined data removal process is strictly followed after the expiry of the retention window permitted by law. Access to stored personal data is restricted only for justified business reasons, with proper disclosures made to impacted individuals wherever feasible.

We aim to provide an initial response within 30 days and a final resolution within 3 months at maximum unless prevented by complexity or legal reasons requiring delay.

6.3 Marketing Opt-Outs

Users can opt out of marketing communications directly through links present in messages or by reaching out to our customer support team. In some jurisdictions, users may need to provide 'opt-in' consent for marketing messages during the purchase or registration process, subject to local laws.

6.4 Data Sharing/Sale Opt-Outs

As mentioned in Section 4, if users have voluntarily been allowed to share personal data with third parties in some contexts, they retain the right to cease the data sharing by withdrawing their consent without issues. Please get in touch with the support team in such cases.

Despite best efforts, no method of data storage can guarantee 100% protection from breaches or cyber-attacks. AIIDPRO has Incident Response procedures ready to ensure that any identified personal data compromises or leaks are promptly contained and remediated as per defined policies and applicable laws.

Where risks of individual rights impacts emerge, we commit to notifying the respective supervisory authorities or impacted users without undue delay as mandated by law.

8. International Data Transfers

8.1 Policies for Data Transfers

AIIDPRO predominantly stores and processes collected personal information within the United States through in-house data centers or contracted third-party service providers.

However, specific cross-border data flows to other countries may occur during legitimate business operations to provide or develop our range of Services. Examples include transfers to offshore development centers or international vendors providing supplementary services like analytics, surveys, etc.

8.2 Compliance with Data Protection Rules

For permitted data transfers from privacy regulation-governed regions like the European Economic Area to other jurisdictions, AIIDPRO ensures adequate data protection safeguards as legally required, like Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), Binding Corporate Rules, or compliance with acts like the EU-US 'Privacy Shield Framework' (applicable to certain service providers).

Any cross-border data movement, storage, or processing conducted by AIIDPRO or authorized partners is strictly as per prescribed data protection requirements of respective regulations like GDPR, CCPA, etc., applicable to the data being transferred internationally.

9. Links to Third-Party Websites

9.1 Policies for Third-Party Links

AIIDPRO Services may contain integrations or links to external third-party websites, applications, and platforms maintained by unrelated operators ("Third-Party Sites") for supplementary capabilities. Examples include payment gateways, identity verification services, financial analytics tools, etc.

This privacy policy does not govern these Third-Party Sites. You are responsible for reviewing the privacy statements or notices presented by these Third-Party Sites to understand their data collection, usage, and protection practices before usage.

9.2 Disclaimer on Security of Third-Party Sites

AIIDPRO cannot guarantee the information security or privacy practices of Third-Party Sites even if accessed through links or integrations on our Offerings. You access Third-Party Sites at your own risk. AIIID Pro shall not be responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed anywhere on these Third-Party Sites. Any dealings with Third-Party Site operators are solely between you and them at your discretion.

10. Changes to This Policy

10.1 Policy Update Scope

AIIDPRO may revise this privacy policy as needed to keep current with rules, technology changes, new processing practices, or collection methods introduced in the future.

We ensure minimal user disruptions unless significant policy overhauls are required due to major system upgrades or serious emerging threats that need mitigation through new privacy terms.

10.2 Notifying Users of Amendments

All changes to this privacy policy are reflected by an updated revision date displayed on top. For significant revisions, reasonable efforts are taken to notify users prominently through emails or app notifications, depending on feasibility. Mere posting of changed policy text with a revision date marks it as effective unless otherwise specified explicitly.

10.3 Responsibility to Review Changes

Users are advised to periodically review the privacy policy for changes that can impact them. Your continued usage of AIIDPRO Services after revisions implies consent. Any mandatory approvals needed under the law for explicitly renewed consents will be taken where required, like in the case of introducing major additional data collection or sharing terms.
