They do not constitute professional or expert advice in any financial, tax, legal, or other domains. AIIDPRO provides AI Services strictly on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

(b) Need for Independent Verification. You must independently evaluate and verify the relevance, accuracy, and completeness of any insights, recommendations, projections, simulations, or other outputs generated by the AI Services before choosing to rely on or act on them. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

(c) No Liability for Decisions. AIIDPRO is not responsible or liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences from your use of the AI Services, including decisions regarding financial matters, disputes, taxes, or any other domain. You assume full responsibility and risk in this regard.

5. Credit Monitoring and Reporting

5.1 Specifics of Credit Monitoring Services. AIIDPRO provides credit monitoring services that track your credit reports and scores from major credit bureaus and alert you to significant changes or suspicious activities detected. This may include monitoring of:

(a) Credit inquiries

(b) Account openings and closings

(c) Changes in account status

(d) New public records, collections, or delinquencies

(e) Changes in credit score

5.2 Limitations of Monitoring Services. While comprehensive in nature, AIIDPRO’s monitoring services cannot detect or alert you to all possible changes or risks of fraud in your credit profile. Users must stay vigilant about checking their complete credit reports regularly.

5.3 Frequency of Updated Reports and Scores. The frequency at which your credit data is updated and new reports/scores are available depends on your subscription plan. Users on free plans may have less frequent updates compared to paid subscribers.

8.4 License to Use

Analyzing your Input and creating personalized Output entails certain usage rights being granted to AIIDPRO. You provide AIIDPRO perpetual and irrevocable license to access, process, display, transmit, aggregate, or otherwise use any Output connected with delivering you Services under this Agreement. 9. Fees and Billing

9.1 Pricing for Paid Services. AIIDPRO offers certain premium services and features that require payment of subscription or usage-based fees ("Paid Services"). 9.2 Automatic Renewals. Paid Services requiring recurring payments are automatically renewed until canceled for subscription continuity. By enrolling or subscribing, you provide express authorization to AIIDPRO and its payment processing partners to automatically charge or debit all fee payments owed by you on their applicable due dates to your designated account or payment instrument provided during purchase. This authorization will remain valid until you explicitly cancel your Paid Services subscription via the prescribed process detailed herein.

9.3 Payment Methods. To access Paid Services, you must provide a valid and up-to-date credit/debit card, bank account, or other applicable payment details. Failure to maintain accurate account details can disrupt service delivery. All Marketing Communications contain instructions to let you easily opt out of receiving such messages in the future. Alternatively, you can manage your overall communication preferences directly through account settings or by contacting customer support.

16.7 Non-Waiver

Any failure or delay by a party to insist upon strict performance of any term under this Agreement cannot be construed as a waiver of any provisions or rights. A party may choose not to enforce a breach of any term and yet retain the full right to require strict performance of same or any other term at any time later without any prejudice.

17. Intellectual Property Rights
